We are the landlord — not a middleman
Bzdel Global Investment owns the homes it rents and manages them itself. Your lease, your payments and your repair requests are handled by us directly.

Report a problem from your phone, add photos, and follow it until it's fixed. Emergencies: call us.

Every payment gets a receipt, and your full payment history is always available.

Your signed lease and related documents, available whenever you need them.

What you pay, and how
We only charge what your lease provides for. There is no extra fee for paying online.
🏠 Monthly rent
The amount and due date stated in your lease, charged once per month.
💧 Utility & service bills
When your lease makes you responsible for a utility or service we pay first, we send an itemized bill.
🔐 Security deposit
Paid at move-in as set in your lease; held and returned after move-out under applicable state law.
⏰ Late fees
Only if and as your lease provides. We tell you before any late fee is added.
Sign in
Use the account we set up for you, in the app or at 28daysrent.com/app.
Pay securely
Credit or debit card, or other methods shown at checkout. Processed by Stripe.
Get a receipt
Emailed right away and saved under My Receipts.
Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment form — we never see or store your full card number. Auto-Pay is optional: it charges your rent on the due date each month until you cancel. See Refunds & Cancellations.
