By creating an account or using 28 Days Rent (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
28 Days Rent is a property-management tool. It lets property owners track properties, rent, expenses, deposits and documents, invite tenants, exchange maintenance requests and messages, and collect payments. It is a record-keeping and communication tool — it is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
You keep ownership of the data and files you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content in order to operate the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including any documents containing other people’s information.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; upload malicious code; attempt to access data belonging to other users; reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; or use it to harass anyone.
Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. Rent, fees and deposits are agreed between the property owner and the tenant — we are not a party to your tenancy agreement and we do not hold funds on your behalf as an escrow agent. Any dispute about amounts owed is between the owner and the tenant.
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data beyond what applicable law requires. Keep your own copies of critical documents.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or is used unlawfully.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
