This policy explains when payments made to Bzdel Global Investment through the 28 Days Rent website or apps are refunded, and how to cancel Auto-Pay. Your lease and applicable state law also apply; where they give you more rights, they take priority.
Rent and bills paid for amounts that were due under your lease are not refundable. We refund:
Contact us and we will confirm the payment and refund it to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show it. If you prefer, we can instead apply the amount as a credit to your next rent.
If your tenancy ends and you paid rent for a period after the end of your lease, the unused amount is refunded as your lease and applicable state law require.
Your security deposit is returned after you move out, according to your lease and applicable state law, together with an itemized statement of any lawful deductions (for example unpaid rent or damage beyond normal wear and tear). It is sent within the time required by applicable state law to the forwarding address or payment method you give us.
Card payments are completed immediately and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If you paid by mistake, contact us and we will refund it as described in section 1.
If a charge looks wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster. This does not limit your rights with your card issuer or bank.
