This Privacy Policy explains what information Bzdel Global Investment (“we”, “us”) collects through the 28 Days Rent website and mobile apps (the “Portal”), how we use it, and your choices. We are the owner and manager of the rental homes our residents live in, and we operate the Portal for them.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Your tenancy data, payments and messages are visible to you and to Bzdel Global Investment and its authorized staff. A contractor we assign to a repair sees only the details of that request needed to do the work. Residents cannot see each other’s information.

We keep your data while you are our resident and afterwards as long as needed for the purposes above. Payment and tenancy records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. When they are no longer needed, we delete or anonymise them.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and a copy of your data, by contacting us below. Account deletion can also be requested directly from within the app, or as described on our Delete your account page.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with access rules that restrict records to the accounts entitled to them. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to fix issues promptly.
The Portal is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the Portal or by email, and the date above will change.
